Kidream.ai Refund Policy — United States
- Last updated: September 1, 2026 This policy applies to purchases made directly from DOUDOU CO LIMITED through Kidream.ai. It does not reduce any non-waivable right under federal or state law.
1. Transaction details
The price, trial length, billing frequency, membership date, and benefit value are shown immediately before confirmation and in the transaction receipt. The confirmed details apply to that transaction.
2. Cancellation and refunds are different
2.1 Cancellation
Cancellation stops future recurring charges after the cancellation takes effect. Use the online cancellation page (H5 service page). We will not require a cancellation method that is materially more difficult than the method used to enroll.
2.2 Refund
A refund returns all or part of a completed charge when this Policy, our displayed offer, a payment-provider rule, or applicable law provides that remedy. Canceling does not automatically refund a charge already completed.
3. When a refund is available
3.1 Billing errors and unauthorized charges
We will investigate an alleged duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or post-cancellation charge. If confirmed, we will correct or refund it as required by law. We may request reasonable information to match the transaction and protect the account, but not unrelated sensitive information.
3.2 Service not supplied or materially defective
You may receive a full or proportionate refund when paid access was not supplied, remained materially unavailable after a reasonable opportunity to cure, or materially differed from the transaction description, subject to applicable law.
3.3 Recurring subscriptions
We will refund a recurring charge when required because material renewal terms were not clearly disclosed, express informed consent was not obtained, cancellation was not reasonably available, or a charge occurred after timely cancellation. For other renewal requests, we consider timing, use after renewal, prior refunds, and any displayed guarantee without limiting mandatory rights.
3.4 Third-party purchases
If Apple, Google, a wallet, carrier, or another reseller is the merchant of record, request the refund through that provider's process. We will provide reasonable transaction information and assistance. This does not remove a remedy you have directly against us under law.
4. Items generally not refundable
Subject to mandatory law, a refund may be declined for a correctly disclosed and authorized period that was materially used; a benefit already redeemed or transferred; abuse, fraud, or chargeback manipulation; or a request outside a binding provider or legal deadline. A denial will identify the reason and available review route.
5. How to request a refund
5.1 Online request
Use the Kidream.ai refund page (H5 service page) and provide the registered email or telephone number, order identifier if available, transaction date, payment channel, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, wallet passwords, or verification codes.
5.2 Support request
If the online route is unavailable or inaccessible, email support@kidream.ai (Email). We will acknowledge, investigate, and decide within the period required by applicable law, taking no longer than reasonably necessary.
6. Refund method and effect
6.1 Method and timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless impossible or law permits another agreed method. Bank, wallet, network, foreign-exchange, and tax processing may affect when funds appear. We do not deduct a refund fee unless it was clearly disclosed and lawful.
6.2 Membership and benefits
A full refund may end the refunded paid access and reverse an unredeemed related benefit. If a benefit has been redeemed, any lawful deduction will be limited to its disclosed and supportable value and will not exceed what applicable law permits.
7. Review and external remedies
Reply to the decision or contact support@kidream.ai (Email) to request review. You may also use rights available through the payment provider, a state consumer-protection agency, the Federal Trade Commission, or a court with jurisdiction. We will not retaliate against a good-faith complaint.
