Kidream.ai Terms of Service — United States

  • Last updated: September 1, 2026 These Terms form a contract between you and DOUDOU CO LIMITED, FLAT/RM 18, 6/F, SINO INDUSTRIAL PLAZA, 9 KAI CHEUNG ROAD, KOWLOON BAY, HONG KONG.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern the Kidream.ai (First-party page) short-drama website, account, paid membership, and related benefits. By creating an account or confirming a transaction, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not complete the transaction.

Any mandatory federal or state consumer right applies despite a conflicting provision. A transaction confirmation may contain offer-specific details; it supplements these Terms only for that transaction.

2. Eligibility and accounts

2.1 Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a contract. A minor may use the Service only with permission and supervision required by applicable law. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

2.2 Account security

Provide accurate information, protect verification codes and access credentials, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity reasonably attributable to your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security or otherwise provided by law.

3. The Service

3.1 Short-drama access

Kidream.ai provides access to a changing catalog of short dramas and related discovery, playback, account, and support features. Content availability may vary by location, language, device, license, and time. We do not promise that a particular title will remain available indefinitely.

3.2 Paid membership and benefits

A paid membership may provide enhanced access and eligibility for benefits described before purchase. A gift card or other benefit may be issued by a third party and may have separate redemption, expiry, identity, territory, or anti-fraud terms disclosed before claim. A benefit is not cash unless expressly stated and required by law.

4. Prices, trials, and recurring subscriptions

4.1 Transaction disclosure

Before you confirm, we will clearly show the price, taxes or fees we collect, trial terms, first charge date, renewal amount and frequency, how to cancel, and any material limits. The details displayed and accepted at confirmation form part of your transaction.

4.2 Express consent and automatic renewal

A recurring subscription begins only after your express informed consent. Unless canceled, it renews at the frequency and price disclosed at confirmation, subject to any advance notice and renewed consent required by law. We will provide an acknowledgment that includes material terms and a cancellation method.

4.3 Cancellation

You may stop future renewal through the online cancellation page (H5 service page) or another equally accessible method shown in your account. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed charge; refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. We do not make cancellation materially more difficult than enrollment.

5. Payments and records

You authorize the selected payment provider to process disclosed charges. Payment-provider terms also apply to its service. Keep a copy of the confirmation. Contact us promptly about an unrecognized, duplicate, or incorrect charge. We may correct an obvious billing error and will provide records required by law.

6. User license and acceptable use

6.1 Limited license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream authorized content for private, non-commercial use while your access is valid. No ownership right in content or software is transferred.

6.2 Prohibited conduct

You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access or territorial controls, interfere with security, use bots to abuse benefits, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the Service to infringe rights or law. Lawful rights to interoperability, fair use, criticism, or other non-waivable uses are not restricted.

7. Intellectual property and notices

Kidream.ai technology, branding, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Content titles and artwork may belong to licensors. Send a good-faith copyright notice with identification of the work, location, contact details, a statement of authority and accuracy, and a signature to support@kidream.ai (Email).

8. Availability, changes, and termination

We may maintain, secure, improve, or discontinue features. For a material adverse change to a paid service, we will provide notice and any remedy required by law. We may suspend access for fraud, security threats, unlawful use, or material breach, using proportionate measures and giving an opportunity to contest when appropriate. You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time.

9. Warranties and liability

9.1 Mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Service will be supplied with the standard required by applicable consumer law.

9.2 Service limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as available." We are not liable for an outage or loss caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, a user's device or connection, or an unaffiliated provider. We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law prohibits us from limiting.

10. Disputes and governing law

Contact support@kidream.ai (Email) first so we can investigate. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without depriving a U.S. consumer of mandatory protections of the state in which the consumer resides. You may bring a claim in any court or forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a non-waivable right to collective or public relief.

11. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms as part of a genuine corporate transaction if user rights are not materially reduced; you may not transfer your account without consent. Notices may be delivered in-product, by email, or on the Service as permitted by law.
